This week's 5 Minute Coach Coaching Tip is from Melissa Williams:

Melissa was raised in Caldwell, Idaho, which is near Boise. Her parents were teachers, her mother an elementary principal and her father a college professor. She received her Baccalaureate degree from The College of Idaho (now Albertson College) and her Masters Degree in Adult Education from Boise State University. She lived in Seattle for many years, where she worked in both corporate positions and in adult education. She has traveled extensively in both England and Spain, and continues to enjoy friendships in both countries.

She now lives in Boise with her two precious cats, and keeps very busy with her moving consultant business - called The Moving Diva, and her coaching career, which is called Manifest Your Success. For fun she raises roses, and designs and creates art quilts, artistic garments, and weaving at her loom, all of which feed her passion for the creative arts.
